I see my own darkness
judgement
by birthright
by environment
it has imbued
my whole being
objects
places
ideas
persons
personas
all that I see
is subject to
my judgement
it is not all darkness
steered by intuition
by deep inexplicable knowing
my judgement teaches me
what I value
when judgement speaks
I listen
quietly
thoughtfully
searching for the deep truth
ready to unfurl
judgement teaches me
to know me better
to know what I will do
and who I will be
held closely
with compassion
heart open
love flowing
judgement
is a trusted soul-sibling
a wise guide
a darkness who
lights the way of my path
So very true Teresa. The lack of judgement is being without light to guide our way. The stripping away of judgement strips us of our ability to know better who we are. Who we are being and what we do with the judgements we make on is what is important, not the judgements themselves.
A shift in current perceptions about judgement is needed and you have provided an avenue for that path to be explored.
Beautifully written. Judgement can be a great teacher! x
Beautiful, Teresa! All these words we’ve used to hold ourselves in shame and guilt can be examined and re-claimed as divine teachers. Judgement when used as a tool for self-growth is a valuable and perfect example. It’s when we hand our authority to someone else to pass judgement that the energy behind the word takes on distortions. Thank you for this great reminder.
Big Love to you <3
Love this, it’s important to embrace all of who we are, including the dark and light.
