Today I am honoured to be part of the Litha Blog Hop, “Celebrate the Sunrise”. There are 36 of us who publish our posts to coincide with dawn at Stonehenge to celebrate summer solstice together, each in our own way. If you have come from the post before me, you have already read the post by Melanie Howard of Way-Ward Tarot (if you have not, please click through to read hers). After you have read (and commented on, if you feel so inclined) mine, please read Christiana Gaudet’s post on Tarot Trends next. For more information and the complete list of blog posts on the hop, please visit Inner Whispers.
King of Kindness
rising sun
slices through my forest
breathing magic between
the shadows of my thoughts
on the journey to now
my heart has opened
a thousand times
drumming the rhythm
of discernment
after this celebration
this coming together
the brilliance of this moment
moves us forward
the
spiral
ever
curving
into
ourselves
truth
once awakened
will not be held back
Interpretation: Logic and precision are support for strong convictions. Let truth open the path from idea to action.
We meet again! A beautiful image, inspired musings. I am grateful for this card 🙂
A beautiful picture accompanied by beautiful words 🙂 I popped out this morning and made my way into the woods near my home just before dawn. There were some clouds overhead and some light rain. When the sun came up it looked very much like the image in the card you posted. I returned home with light in my heart 🙂
A lovely strong image that you have for the King of Kindness!
I love it when we can speak in poetry – perfect for the season! Happy Litha~
Lovely poem in regally aware King’s voice, and I really enjoy the creative flow of your versing bringing a musical cadence where the words are spoken as notes.
“the brilliance of this moment” is your voice. thank you for sharing!
oh my, just gorgeous, both photo and words!
I just love the poems always and I felt like honored to read them with my eyes.. Anyway, I hope you continue to provide like these for us..
Truly inspiring. Thank you.
I like the “not being held back” statement at the end, thank you Picsiechick 🙂
