We are spiritual beings on a spiritual journey in these human bodies.

Because of our humanness this journey is beautiful, then awful, then frightening, then joyous, then mundane, then tiring, then beautiful over and over again.

From time to time my spirit works through this human body to share some words about my journey. This is where you will find them.
